We do not accept responsibility for any loss or damage, however caused (including through negligence), which you may directly or indirectly suffer in connection with your use of this Website or any linked Web Site, nor do we accept any responsibility for any such loss arising out of your use of or reliance on information contained or accessed through this Website.
Website ticket sales
Through this Website we offer an online facility, which allows passengers to purchase tickets in advance for use on our SkyBus. When purchasing a ticket you will be asked to provide details of your credit card and email address. Once credit card details have been authenticated your ticket will be sent to your nominated email address and be available for printing. Before you proceed with a booking you should ensure that you are able to present your ticket at time of boarding, either as a printed copy or directly from your smart device. Production of a valid printed ticket with a valid scannable QR code at the time of travel is mandatory. We do not issue replacement tickets under any circumstances and do not offer any refunds.
SkyBus tickets sold on this Website all have unique QR code identification and may not be reproduced by any means, including re-printing or photocopying. We reserve the right to notify law enforcement agencies if any person attempts to reproduce a ticket purchased from this Website.

SkyBus will take all reasonable care to ensure that we operate as closely as possible to our timetable as published on this Website. Passengers should be aware that exceptional traffic conditions, technical problems or other unforeseeable circumstances occasionally result in delays or cancellations to our service. Accordingly, when planning your trip you should make allowances for such contingencies to ensure that you reach your airline’s check-in facility by the time recommended by your airline.
