SCAN – Use your phone’s camera to scan the QR code on the screen.
CLAIM – Enter your current ticket number on the webpage to receive your unique promo code via email.
REDEEM – Apply your code at checkout when booking your next ride online!
It’s that simple! For each eligible ticket on your current purchase you can save $5 off your next purchase. If you bought 1 Adult fare you can save $5 off your next purchase, 2 Adult fares you save $10, and so on. The more eligible tickets you have, the more you save! See what's eligible.
What tickets are eligible?
- SkyBus Adult, Family 1 and Family 2 tickets on all routes purchased via the SkyBus website, app, kiosks and onboard are eligible to claim.
- When purchasing with the promo code the discount will only apply to Adult, Family 1 and Family 2 fares on all routes.
- Offer excludes Child tickets, Senior tickets, 10 Trip tickets, Group Tickets, Airport Staff fares and tickets sold by third parties.
When can I claim?
- You have 7 days from your original purchase to claim your unique code.
- Once you claim your code you have 4 weeks to redeem on your next purchase.
- Remember, SkyBus tickets are valid for 12 months so you have plenty of time to use your next ticket.
Where can I use my promo code
- The unique promo code is valid for purchases made exclusively via the SkyBus website.
- When you're ready to purchase, simply enter your code in the promo code field on the checkout page of the SkyBus website and enjoy your savings.

Cancelled or refunded tickets are not eligible for this offer. Promo codes issued prior to cancelling or refunding any portion of the original order will be invalidated. The unique promo code generated through this offer is valid for all routes and applies only to Adult, Family 1, Family 2 one way and return tickets. To receive a unique promo code, customers must enter a valid ticket number from a valid SkyBus ticket. The unique promo code is valid for purchases made exclusively via the SkyBus website. Tickets are valid for 12 months from the purchase date. Promo code must be applied at checkout, is not redeemable for cash, and cannot be combined with any other offer.
