Grand Prix 2026
Road closures associated with the 2026 Grand Prix will affect our Peninsula Express service from Thursday 5 March to Sunday 8 March 2026.
From 5–8 March 2026, the 2026 Grand Prix will mean Peninsula Express services in both directions will divert via St Kilda Road.
Here's what to expect:
- St Kilda and Elwood stops will not be serviced during this period.
- If you're heading towards the airport, a temporary stop will be available at 333 St Kilda Road.
- If you're travelling towards Frankston, you can hop off on St Kilda Road near Inkerman Street.
- Services will return to our regular stops on Monday 9 March 2026.
