Does a return ticket have to be used in different directions?

A return ticket is valid for two separate journeys in either direction. It is not required to be used in opposite directions, meaning you could travel to the Airport twice so long as it is two separate journeys.

Please note, a return ticket cannot be shared for two passengers travelling at the same time.
