Important announcement for Airporter Hobart customers
We advise that Airporter Hobart service ceased operations on 29 July 2018.
On this date, SkyBus has entered into alternate arrangements with Hobart International Airport to provide dedicated Airport to City transfer services, consistent in type and design of other SkyBus services throughout Australia.
SkyBus has not assumed any legal or contractual obligations held by Airporter Hobart with its passengers and/or agents and to these enquiries we direct you to the owner of Airporter Hobart, being the Tasmanian Redline Group.
We are however aware that numerous previous passengers of Airporter have pre existing arrangements either paid for or agreed with Airporter, to which we will make all efforts to deliver upon or assist, within our control.
Our policy is to offer either a replacement SkyBus ticket for that previously booked via Airporter or alternatively a financial reimbusement of the ticket price. If either offer is unsatisfactory, we would suggest direct contact with either Tasmanian Redline or your booking agent.
If the purpose of your enquiry is as a passenger please complete the form below to allow SkyBus to begin processing your selected option. If you are a Booking Agent click here to obtain further details for your customers and future enquiries.
