SkyBus Melbourne City Express and Avalon City Express have stops in the coach terminal at Southern Cross Station, Spencer Street Melbourne.

SkyBus tickets can be purchased at our self service ekiosks located near the Bourke Street entry to Southern Cross Station (opposite Degani’s café). See below for ekiosk locations. SkyBus ekiosk ticket purchases are card payment only.

Self-serve ticket e-kiosks

For your convenience we have installed self-serve e-kiosks. You’ll find them located in front of our ticket booth, by the entry ramp leading to Bay 75, and near Bay 75. SkyBus self-serve kiosks accept card payments only, no cash payments.

Cash sales

As we do not currently offer a cash payment option, we have partnered with nearby store Be My Guest Concierge to offer cash ticket sales.

Be My Guest Concierge are located at 3/200 Spencer Street, opposite Southern Cross Station near Lt. Bourke Street, and are open 7 days per week between 9am - 6pm. For directions click here.
