Do I need to book the Skybus Super Shuttle?
No, reservations or bookings are not required for Skybus Super Shuttle. Buses depart every 10-15 minutes daily.
You can either pay on the day of travel or purchase and print your tickets online now.
However, if you are departing Melbourne and want to be picked up at your hotel or motel in central Melbourne, you will need to book our Skybus Hotel Shuttle. Book your hotel connection pick-up by calling 9600 1711 or contact your concierge to make the booking. We recommend booking the day before departure.

Where do I buy tickets
You can purchase and print your tickets on-line now [link to purchase page]. Skybus also sells tickets sale from ticket booths at our city terminal in Southern Cross Station, and at Melbourne Airport Tullamarine terminal T1 and T3.
Other Skybus ticket sales outlets are the Metshop at Melbourne Town Hall, and the Metshop on-line store, where you can buy Skybus Metcards and other Met tickets.
Can I pay by eftpos or credit card?
You can purchase and print your Skybus Super Shuttle tickets online via credit card 24-hours, seven-days-a-week. Purchase and print your tickets online now.
Our ticket booths operate between 6am and 9pm and you can pay with cash, eftpos or credit card at this time, or at all times via our automated kiosks at the airport.
We cannot accept credit card or eftpos between the hours of 9pm and 6am as payment is made directly to our drivers onboard the Skybus Super Shuttle.
How do I get to and from my hotel?

Which Skybus do I need to catch to get to Melbourne Airport Tullamarine on time?

However, Skybus connects with all suburban and country rail services as trams and other bus services at the Southern Corss Station bus interchange.
Can I bring cats, dogs or bikes on Skybus Super Shuttle?
Pets are not permitted onboard the Skybus Super Shuttle.
Bikes can be carried on-board if dismantled and secured in a box.

Can I use my Skybus Super Shuttle ticket on other public transport in Melbourne?
In conjunction with Metlink, Skybus has introduced Skybus Metcards which provide integrated ticketing for zone-1 travel. These tickets are available from our tickets booths, the Metshop at Melbourne Town Hall, and Metshop on-line store, where you can buy Skybus Metcards and other Met tickets.
